At Riverside, we are proud to provide our own out of hours cover, and all Riverside Vets are fully equipped to deal with any emergency that may occur. You can reach us in an emergency on the normal number: 02380 620 605
Our surgery provides a 24 hour service, and recovering emergency calls is a priority.
- Phone our normal 24 hour telephone; 02380 620605
- You will automatically be diverted to our pager system. The answering service will ask for your name and contact telephone number
- These will be passed to the duty vet who will then return your call and provide assistance
- In the unlikely event that you have not received a response within 15 minutes, please repeat this process
