Since then, she has continually driven advancements in both clinical skills and the range of services we offer.
In 2014, Gemma became a Director, further cementing her commitment to the growth and direction of Riverside. She is widely known for building trusted, collaborative relationships with clients, farriers, and physiotherapists—ensuring every horse benefits from a truly team-based approach.
Gemma has a particular interest in pain management for musculoskeletal conditions, as well as wound care and the long-term management of chronic disease. She takes a holistic approach to complex cases, always considering the bigger picture and the individual needs of both horse and owner. A strong advocate of a low-stress, no-fear approach to veterinary visits, Gemma works hard to make every interaction as positive as possible.
Her goal is simple: to become a valued part of your horse’s support team, delivering practical, tailored care that works in real life—not just on paper.
